Refunds may be granted according to the following schedule:
- cancellation on or before 21 days before the event, a 90% refund will be granted;
- cancellation on 14 – 20 days before the event, a 70% refund will be granted;
- cancellation on 2 – 13 days before the event, a 45% refund will be granted;
- cancellation on or after the day before the event starts, no refund will be granted.
Note: All refunds will incur a minimum $5 administrative fee.
